For customers who don’t require a permanent on-site IT service team, we can provide a Remote Managed Service. This service offers the features and benefits of our Fully Managed Service, without dedicated on-site staff. Our Help Desk provides support directly to users if they have issues, either offering simple advice on how to complete an action or taking full remote control of the user’s machine to resolve a problem.
Where an issue can’t be resolved remotely, we can provide regularly scheduled, or ad-hoc, engineering visits to resolve the problem.

We can design a hybrid service to wrap around your existing team to provide additional layers of service. For example, we could take responsibility for the core infrastructure within your establishment, while your own team manage end user support. Alternatively we could deliver first line support directly to end users and escalate unresolved issues to your own team.
We can also provide a range of personnel solutions, such as a Network Manager to run a team of your own staff, qualified technicians at any level to augment your existing team, or specialists to work on an agreed term regularly throughout the contract period.
