That is why European Electronique offer flexible service contracts that can be tailored to meet your needs. Contracts are available to cover your Networking Equipment, Server & Storage Infrastructure, Printers and client devices such as PC’s, Laptops & Tablets.
Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) can again be tailored to your organisation. The working week is no longer just Monday to Friday 9-5 so European Electronique offer contracts to suit all requirements, including 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response and Fix times can again be tailored to the customer. For critical equipment support, we can offer 4 hour fix SLA’s and for less critical equipment a Next Business Day SLA will be sufficient. Our contracts are inclusive of parts and engineering labour time.

Time and Material Support
In busy environments we sometimes overlook things and that could include taking out a support contract to cover your IT equipment. Something you will most likely not discover until something fails! European Electronique offer Time and Material Support which provides you with an engineer to assess the issue and provide a resolution. Although Time and Materials work is chargeable and does not carry an SLA, we endeavour to attend site as soon as possible to get you back up and running. Charges vary for different devices, but once the repair is complete, we can provide a competitive, discounted quotation to add the item(s) to a support contract, removing the risk of unexpected costs and downtime in the future.
Working closely with leading vendors has enabled European Electronique to become a warranty partner for HP, Lenovo and Toshiba. If your HP, Lenovo or Toshiba device develops a fault within the initial or extended warranty period, European Electronique can assign an accredited engineer to resolve the fault within the manufacturer’s warranty SLA.
